Rising Sun Stars and Stripes Celebration

Ground activities presented by Ohio County Tourism, Inc. Arts & crafts, food trucks, Foam Zone by Foam Happy from 4-9pm on Second Street. Deejay J.D. Hughes. Foam Happy on Second Street in the Foam Zone. Fireworks presented by the City of Rising Sun and Rising Sun Lions Club at 10pm. Bands include the Jason Owens Band from 4-6pm and StrangeLove from 7-10pm.
