Independence Day Celebration - Parade

In addition to the fireworks display, a Fourth of July parade is scheduled for Thursday, July 4, 2025 beginning at 10:00 a.m. to honor those who have served and sacrificed for our freedom. The parade route will begin at Lisle Junior High School, proceed west on Jonquil Avenue, north on Main Street, east on Burlington Avenue, ending at Lisle Village Hall. 

Participants are being sought for the Fourth of July Parade. Local organizations and businesses are invited to march in the parade by completing a PDF form. Parade participants are instructed to arrive at Lisle Junior High School no later than 9:30 a.m. on July 4th to line up.

join the Lisle Heritage Society for their annual Ice Cream Social at The Museums of Lisle Station Park, 921 School Street beginning at 10:45am. Discover Lisle's past with a frozen treat courtesy of Culver's of Downers Grove (while supplies last) and enjoy patriotic music performed by the Lisle Community Band.
