Independence Day Celebration at Shafer Park

The Mayor and Council and the Boonsboro Park Board sponsor this event in Shafer Park

Our spectacular fireworks display will begin at 9:30PM

There will be music and vendors in Shafer Park for everyone’s enjoyment beginning at 5:00PM.

Lawn chairs & blankets are always welcome at our events!!

We strongly suggest that you do not bring your dog to the event because the fireworks are very loud and are right above the Park.

The Community Center parking lot will be closed except for vehicles with "handicapped parking permits" only.

Town Hall will be CLOSED on Friday, July 4, 2025 in observance of Independence Day

Rain date is Saturday, July 5, 2025
